Is investing in the Beit Al Watan area guaranteed and profitable?

The strategic location and advantages, in addition to being a government direction, all prove that the return on investment is guaranteed. This is further confirmed by the history of the area, as in 2012 the price per square meter was between 4,000 to 4,500 EGP, and at that time there was a high demand for the area.
